Ever since moving up to 1.7, I cant seem to perform an Eigen analysis. I have tried an extremely simple model, and when I try to get the eigen values, I get the following errors:
BandArpackSolver::Error in dgbtrf_
Warning FrequencyAlgo::solveCurrentStep() - the EigenSOE failed in solve().
EigenAnalysis::analyze() - algorithm failed
The command I am issuing is: [puts eigen 6] to attemt to get the first 6 eigen values. Any ideas?

please post the script.
also, you might need to add additional negligible masses to other dof's to help the eigensolver. but this would have given you a different error message, but worth trying.
