Can Ops work on TCL8.5 environment, now?

yes .. i am using it on my linux box and the code changes that were required have been checked into the repository. i have not tried it on windows yet.

I will try it in linux.
It can not work under windows, in my opinion.
By the way, the reliability analysis module should be taken some special consideration for the different developers may using different coding pattern.
