How to Checkout Repo

The svn URLs given on the developer page(http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/developer/svn.php) and wiki(http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... _Developer) do not work.

What is the current svn URL?

That url is not working for me. I receive the following message:

svn co svn://peera.berkeley.edu/usr/local/svn/OpenSees/trunk
svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn://peera.berkeley.edu/usr/local/svn/OpenSees/trunk'
svn: E000111: Can't connect to host 'peera.berkeley.edu': Connection refused

And trying to use TortoiseSVN I get the following:

Checkout from svn://peera.berkeley.edu/usr/local/svn/OpenSees/trunk, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included
Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'svn://peera.berkeley.edu/usr/local/svn/OpenSees/trunk'
Can't connect to host 'peera.berkeley.edu': No connection could be made because
the target machine actively refused it.

the server is sometimes hit and miss .. not sure if sometimes too many connections to it.

It is still not working.
