opensees navigator "unable to run"

hello
i have a problem with opensees navigator "ERROR: UNABLE TO RUN OPENSEES - errorCode = -1073741515"
can you help me fixing this problem

Are you using the self-executable or the p-code of OpenSeesNavigator when this error occurs? What versions of OpenSees Navigator and OpenSees are you using?
The latest OpenSeesNavigator v2.5.3 should work fine with the latest OpenSees v2.4.5.
Please provide some more information so that I can try to help.

Hi... i have the same problem like that, and i use OpenSeesNavigator v2.5.3

i'm using opensees navigator 2.5.2 with opensees 2.4.3 and the problem occurred and i tried also to use opensees navigator 2.5.3 with opensees2.4.5 and the problem still occurred

i have the same problem ,when i run the gravity load case it donot run and show error unable to run error code = -17*******
