I have used following recorder to record the plastic rotation around "Y" local axis(3D model):

and the output file is as follow:

1- Are the numbers in columns " 8 and 10" the plastic rotations around Y local axis?
2- I have modeled the same structure using SAP2000 software and it gives bigger plastic rotation values, I wonder why?
