beam end ultimate rotation

Hi
I am using nonlinear-beam column to model distributed plasticity. by using basic deformation i think the ultimate end rotation is reported. hence elastic rotation would be basic deformation minus plastic deformation. if this statement is not correct please someone help me to calculate ultimate end rotation via a direct command or curvature. also is there any way to know when exactly first plastic hinge formed during pushover analysis?
