Hello I am new with opensees, please excuse my basic question...
can anybody say ,what should i do to run opensees on mac ?
which programs i should dw beside opensees 2.4.1MAC .
i'm realy confused !!

you need to install Tcl/Tk from activestate.
you run opensees from the Terminal application (in the Applications/Utilities folder)
once started with Terminal, you start OpenSees by doing one of the following:
1) use the cd command to move to the folder where OpenSees
2) type the ful path to the application: ?users/fmk/Downloads/OpenSees
3) include the dir wehere OpeSees in in your env Path variable and then type OpenSees
