CTestNormDispIncr warning ?

Hi
While I run my OpenSEES the command window shows this warning :

WARNING: CTestNormDispIncr::test<> - failed to converge but going on - current
Norm:1.17412e-006 <max: 1e-006, Norm deltaR:2.05105

Pleas help me to know, what is this warning ?

Notice: However I see this warning appear while I running the OpenSEES but my answer is true and verify to experimental data ! why ?

The test failed at some point but got overcome.
