Concrete07

I would like to use Concrete07 material for a model that consider Mander's confined concrete behavior. My starting point for documentation about the implementation of the law in opensees was the wiki article. However I noticed that some image links don't work and others were probably never created although the text in the article refers to them.
I would be grateful for any contribution to that article or any more detailed reference to "Waugh, PhD Thesis (In progress) 2007".
