sp command

Hi,
I work on a simple RC frame imposing nodal displacements with sp command and, while using opensees 1.6.2.a I obtained the requested disp, with the same script running on 1.6.2.c version node seem fixed.
Someone can help me?
May be this problem related to changes in constraints transformation handler?

there was some mistake in the .exe posted. not sure what happened as the source code is fine. anyway, a new version 1.6.2.d is avail which fixes the problem.
