Assign 2 earthquake records in a sequence

Hi everyone
I want to know is there any effective way in opensees to assign 2 earthquake records in a sequence with a gap existing between them, like in the case of an aftershock, other than manipulating the earthquake record input file? For example, first earthquake record A is entered and after 1 minute earthquake record B is assigned to the structure. The earthquake records may have different time increments.
