Can anyone help me out how opensees work, I am a new user I need few examples or tutorial.

Here is a link for user documentation: getting started manual,examples, command manual: http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... nSees_User

I suggest you to start with the getting started manual and after that you can look at the examples.
