For 2d modeling and analysis of RC shear wall use "dispBeamColumnInt" element . but still As far as I know, there is not element for 3d modeling and analysis of RC shear wall in opensees.

There is no 3D element that accounts for flexure-shear interaction.

There are two options:

1. Model shear walls with 2D dispBeamColumnInt elements (shear-flexure interaction) but everything else with 3D elements (beams, columns).
2. Model shear wall with one of OpenSees 3D elements (no shear-flexure interaction)
