analysis failed to converge

Sir,I am working soil-structure interaction problem.I made a small model for quick analysis for checking. Soil domain has 121 nodes only.It can't able to converge in gravity static analysis.It failed to converge.Please suggest me proper analysis commands.i.e.integrator,test,system etc with proper tolerance,load increment,maximum number of iterations to converge the solution.

check your boundary conditions.
