I am reading the manual of OS, in the chapter 11 I found a reference---
" Chang, G. and Mander, J. (1994). “Seismic Energy Based Fatigue Damage Analysis of Bridge Columns: Part I – Evaluation of Seismic Capacity.” NCEER Technical Report 94-0006."
I think it would be a useful reference for my research, but I can't get it anywhere. would you kind enough to send it to me ? my email is

i don't have it.
you might want to check with the eerc library or ncree directyl.
