Transfer from Strand7 to OpenSees

Good morning,
I am an engineering student at the University of Padua in Italy.
I've made a model of a bridge with Strand7 and now I have to transfer it to OpeenSees. I thought to use the application OpenSeesNavigator.
There is a way to make this transfer?
