bilin material & european section

i have a question about bilin material. is that only for w-sections?
if i want to model a frame with european section(IBP-IPE), how i can compute parameters of bilin material such as theta_p and ...?
and if i cannot use this material, what you propose to me for modeling spring in beams and columns?

I like to model the springs using hysteric material. I would find experimental results on the same type and similar size of the section and use it calibrate parameters of the hysteric material.
