ZeroLength Element with (Zero Output)

Hello everyone,
I am using a hysteretic material/loop assigned to a ZeroLength Element used at the end of a beam. In the output file, the response of the ZeroLength is zero for all steps which in reality should not be.
Can anyone help how fix this problem?

either the recorder command is incorrect or the recorder command is issued after the analyze command.
