Damage Model can not be used in OpenSEES 2.3.1

The DamageModel command can not be used in OpenSEES .
There may be some error in the source codes TclModelBuilderDamageModelCommand.cpp.

I'd like to know when the DamageModel command would be available. thank you.

yeah, I am reading this part too.
from warning, the value in setResponse is zero, and the program exit when sourcing.

where did you find the command? I didn't see any in opensees wiki online. thx.
