Problem Downloading new 2.4.0 OpenSees

Hi,

I went to download the new OpenSees 2.4.0 zip file under the developer page in order to compile one of my materials into the newest version and the page says it either hasn't been created or no longer exists? http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/c ... s2.3.2.zip this is the website I am directed to for the Win32 systems stable.zip file download...will this download of the most recent stable version be available any time soon?

this page didn't ever really work in my opinion.
Best way to get the code is to download it via svn.
(easy from a linux environement. Else tortoiseSVN).
