Plane Stress Plate FEM Modelling in OpenSees

Hi
I usually use Abaqus for micro modelling and analysis...but now i am in urgent and must model a simple plane stress plate (gusset plate) in OpenSees so please would you please help me by quick guide or a code for this problem?
And can anyone tell me what element is appropriate for this gusset plate that can identify 2 dof in plane for it and exert a lateral force to it's corner (as brace force)?
Besides the element is isoparametric.

either the quad if you want to to 2d, a brick if 3d, or a shell if you want a quad element with out of plane bending behaviour.
