Documentation for Fiber Section

I am looking into creating a new fiber section class. Is there any documentation out there that would help me understand the code in FiberSection3d.h and .cpp? When I try to access the documentation, under the class interface area, I get a 404 error from the server. Is this because it hasn't been created yet or because it is not where the link thinks it is. Thanks for all the help.
