Resonance Phenomena

can OpenSees capture the "Resonance Phenomena" during an EQ?

could you please tell me how? (Something like instability or not converging occurs during analysis or we should find it from displacements which have been recorded?)

If there is a resonance you should see it on your displacement outputs. You can also compare predominant frequency of the EQ with the frequencies of your structure.
