openses is not working in my Laptop

Hi I already download the Tcl8.5 and opensees.exe and run in my Laptop according to instruction but its not working can you help me out.

Can you give me how can I check its working well because i am a new user?

Try to follow instructions from getting started manual:

keep the opensees.exe in the same dierctory folder or drive where you installed active Tcl. If you are getting side to side configuration error then that is due to virus in your laptop( windows platform I am taking about).
