Download tcl/tk 8.5.9

I'm trying to download the tcl/tk 8.5.9 executable from the website but the link seems to be broken.

Do you know how I can download it?

You can download latest version of TCL directly from ActiveState website. Based on your platform (Windows, Mac or Linux) download one of TCL files which is suitable for your system.

Thanks but I can only find version 8.5.10 on that website which won't work with the current version of opensees.

the 32 bit version of tcl works fine with the current .exe .. i have updated the link .. if yours is not working you might have installed the 64 bit version, which you will need to uninstall before installing the correct version.
