the constraint command 'fix' can only define fixed or pinned boundary condition. How to add a rotational spring to the end of beam as a boundary

add a zerolength element in the dirn of the rotational dof .. you can slave the translational dof or add the force-displacement response for these directions as well in your definition of the zero length element
