Is the Isolator2spring Section 2D?
How could I simulate the 3D bearing in a bridge?

Yes, Isolator2spring Section works only in 2D. To model 3D bearing you can try to do it using elastomeric bearing element:

Thank you for your reply.But I have some basic questions for the command.These are about local coordinates and global coordinates.If the local x-axis coincides with the global z-axis in the non-zero length element, could I think the "$x1 $x2 $x3" is "0 0 1"?I did like this,but I got the warning "ignoring nodes and using specified local x vector to determine orientation".Why? Isn't what I understand right?

What you did is correct. Opensees just informs you that it will use your definition of local x axis to determine orientation of the bearing. If you did not specify "$x1 $x2 $x3" the bearing orientation will be calculated from the nodal coordinates.
