please help me out with this error

my model is a column, and i devided it into 20 elements, for example the length of the column is L, so for each element, the length should be L/20, but when i define the element length as L/20, i got an error says "analyze failed, returned :-3 erroe flag, warning bandgenlinlapacksolve::solve()-lapack routine returned 323 warning newtonraphson ....."

but if i make the length of element equals to L/21 or shorter, the code works, but you know, this is not right.

please help me with that, thanks

your input is obviously incorrect.

can you explain it more? cause my previous model works, and i only added p-delta effects on it, and it doesnt work now...

so i am comfused...
