error in eigenvalues

hi dear silvia

i modeld a building with 10 storey and 1 bay.
in this model i will want just to have shear deformation in each storey
so in each storey for beams i used rigid link beams.
with equaldof closed all head of columns to base in dof 2.(for eliminating axial deformation)
i did linear dynamic analysis
i have a question about my model:
1.when i used eigen 5 model run. but when i used eigen 6 the opensees gave me this error then closed
bandarpacksolver:error with -saipd info =-9999
could not build an arnoldi factorization.IPARAM(5) returns the siza of the current arnoldi
factorization.the user is advised to check thatenough workspace and array storage has been allocated.
you think were is problem?

it could be becuase of duplicate eigenvalue values, try looking for 7.
