Dynamic loading

Hi everybody,

To impose a dynamic load ( sinusoidal loading ) at pile head I used the Sine time series for Load pattern and the transient analysis for analyzing. But results showed that the maximum load imposed at pile head is much greater than the input. What is the problem? Is there any other way to model a dynamic loading?
