About number of integration points

About number of integration points

Hi all
How the number of integration points affect the opensees .In the examples the number of integration points are 5 .Could you give me some detailed introduction about how to set a better ? Because I am facing a problem that the P-Delta curve changed greatly when I change the number of integration points !
