Hi Frank,
I just tried to download the latest OpenSees source code via CVS and got the following error message:
cvs checkout: Updating OpenSees/Win32/proj/minPackage
cvs checkout: failed to create lock directory for `/usr/local/cvs/OpenSees/Win32/proj/minPackage' (/usr/local/cvs/OpenSees/Win32/proj/minPackage/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs checkout: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/usr/local/cvs/OpenSees/Win32/proj/minPackage'
cvs [checkout aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
Is it something you can fix?
Happy Holidays!!
