Dear OpenSees community:
Hope someone can help me.
I did download OpenSees ver. 2.0, after the decompression of the files I got the executable OpenSees file. When I click the file's icon I expect the OpenSees window to run my program. However, a error appears and I can't run OpenSees. The message states that "file tcl84.dll was not found".
How can run OpenSees???
