Ansys ed beam analysis

Post by ahadcivil »

Hi Dr Silvia
I,ve modeled 3 box for making I section seperately
then I put them near.
but they don't work together.
I use solid element and I prefer use qubic elements.
so I can't add volumes cause of nondesireble geometry for mapped meshing.
I tried to merge and use adjacent command.
please guide me and if u can give me any address for helping me in moment-rotation achiving of rigid connections
thanks
khalili
