Hi,
I have recently installed OpenSees 3.3.0 and when I open the executable from the bin folder everything looks fine. However, when I copy the executable file to other directories (next to my tcl files) and try to run it there, I get the following error. It looks like it works but there is definitely something missing.
I believe it does not have anything to do with the ActiveState Tcl as I read in the OpenSees github that ActiveState Tcl is not required for this version. I tried this OpenSees version with and without ActiveState Tcl and I ended up getting the same error.
Can someone please explain in detail what I should do to get rid of this message?

Unless you are doing fancy stuff with Tcl packages, you should probably uninstall ActiveState and then follow this video
