How to simulate the eccentric compression test of column in 3D state.

Could you teach me how to simulate the eccentric compression test of 3D-column in OPENSEES ？I just don‘t know how to apply pressure outside the column section.
I would appreciate it if you could offer any help！！！

Apply an equivalent force couple to the column node. Force "P" and moment "P*e" where e is the eccentricity.
