steel tube slip
Hello everyone, I am now simulating the reciprocating loading test of CFST columns. I want to consider the slip of the steel tube, but I don't know how to model it. Guys, can you send the code for me to learn? Thank you very much.

I don't think you'll find many people have code that they can just give you to do this. Search the literature for how slip of the steel tube is modeled, then search for what types of models are available in OpenSees, then develop a working example.

There is a bond slip material that is available to model the slip between rebars and concrete. You can explore if you can use this somehow to model the slip between concrete and the steel tube:
