Hi,

I study on the behavior of steel structural systems, particularly, the geometric and material nonlinearity. For this purpose, I strive to understand the computing fundamentals of a special element named “ForceBeamColumn3d”.
I would like to obtain a complete theoretical background of this element since I can not find out a compact document about this.

Yes, you are right about this reference. In fact, several references have been already given in the official source code of this element. But, their contents are really very poor for a deep understanding.
