Rayleigh Damping

Hi everyone
Is it possible to assign two different values of damping ratio within a Rayleigh Damping command in a structural model? In this regard, I have a model including two zerolength elements, I want to assign two different values of damping ratio to each element by Rayleigh Damping command, such that element 1 has 5% damping ratio and element 2 has 2% damping ratio. What can I do?
