section aggregator

Post by engnomran »

Hi
I use "fiber" command.
Does "fiber" command consider shear and torsion or i must use "section aggregator" once for shear and other one for torsion???
thanks alot

a section created using fibers will have no torsion or shear. you must use section aggregator if you want to include shear deformation and you can also specify a value for torsion of you do not like the defaults
