Shear base ground motion disp

hi, a question, I derivate 2 times a displacement history and then I implement it in my frame model how" the input acceleration serie" I obtain drift and shear base,but if I apply ground motion (displacement serie) directly I obtain the same drift, but I dont get the same shear base, why? thanks, excuse my english.
