PRESTRESSED DAMPING

Hello everyone,

I am trying to model a 'prestressed damper' (RAP) damper which is in the form. Fdamp = F0 + K(x) + CV**a. That means that the damper will start its cycles after reaching the force F0. Is there a way to do model this damper a OPENSEES? I thought about using an initial stress material with a viscous damper material. Any ideas or has anyone done anything similar ?
