damage detection of a dam

Post by tahere »

hi,
I am trying to find software that I can get the detailed information for damage detection of a concrete dam.I do not know it can be model dam in this software?
Can be irregular mesh according to the dam structure shape to do that?
Thank you very much for your help.

You can look at all the element types here: http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... nt_Command

...and determine if it has the capabilities required for your application.

damege of beam

Post by tahere »

I've designed reinforced concrete beam and I intend to apply the damaged , remove the mesh. Of course I would enter this damage only part of the beam، not across the concrete section. :?
Thank you for your help
