PROBLEM WITH VERSIONS 2.2.2 AND 2.2.0!!

Good afternoon everybody!!

I've got a problem with the new versions 2.2.2 and 2.2.0.
I'm using Opensees Navigator 2.4.2 and Tcl 8.5.6.
I would use the new version of Opensees, because I'm interested in the new material "ImpactMaterial" to represent bridges' pounding.
The problem is this: when I do the analysis, I have the following message "ERROR: UNABLE TO RUN OPENSEES - errorCode = -1073741819".
What is the reason?
I followed all the steps described in the website when I downloaded.

Are you using the self-executable or the p-code of OpenSeesNavigator when this error occurs? What versions of OpenSees Navigator and OpenSees are you using?
The latest OpenSeesNavigator v2.5.3 should work fine with the latest OpenSees v2.4.5.
Please provide some more information so that I can try to help.
