How can I vary the floor moment of inertia (Io) in opensees?

change the properties of your model!

Is changing the values of Rz in mass command the correct way?

mass 1001 0.49208 0.49208 0.49208 0 0 2657232000
mass 2001 0.45783 0.45783 0.45783 0 0 2472282000
mass 3001 0.45091 0.45091 0.45091 0 0 2434914000
mass 4001 0.45091 0.45091 0.45091 0 0 2434914000

I want to increase the moment of inertia of the floor so that the rotation is predominant in the 1st mode.
