BRB element

Dear Vesna, fmk and Scott,

It's said Opensees plan to provide a BRB element in Opensees.
And it is made by Dr. Mahin.

However, I found few information about it.
Is it based on this peer report 2008/08 "Toward earthquake-restrained design of concentrically braced steel-frame structures" ?

I really wanna to find a good element for BRB.
