negative eigen value

Hi
I modeled LRB isolator and then checked the eigen in 2d frame but the result was negative and the opensees couldnt calculate the period
how can i solve this problem ? pleas guide me dear teachers and students

your model! .. leave out the isoloator and check the eigenvalues of the frame, leave out the frame and chec the eigenvalues of the isolator.

Did you solve this issue?
Even I am getting the negative eigen value when 3d frame is isolated with LRB isoator?
