I'm searching about MODAL DAMPING Command in Opensees (or applying Modal Damping) in Opensees
Would you please help me ?

there is no modal damping option. only rayleigh damping or user defined damping through the elements. if your model is elastic, you could of course do an eigen value analysis and using the eigenvectors do a modal analysis.
