Nonlinear Viscous Damper

Now I am trying to analyze a simple 3-story base isolated structure using a stick model. So, in the OpenSees file, there are 5 nodes. Hello,

Could you please tell me the steps on how to compile OpenSees in Vista x64?

I've been able to compile in Vista 32bit. But now I need to use it in 64bit. How to make it compilable?
