I want to add new componets to class domain, should I add code directly to domain.h and domain.cpp or write a new class inherit from class domain?

If I add a new command, should I add code directly to TclModelBuilder.cpp?

Dear All! I have downloaded the source code, and build it with ActiveTcl8.5.4.0.286921-win32-ix86-threaded.exe in Windows platform. I successfully get my own OpenSees.exe, but the source command doesn't work property, while the opensees command works well. Can anyone help me? many thanks.
